Using a VRV design by Cuilinn engineering we supplied and installed the air conditioning system on a tight schedule on time and on budget. Working with the builder we buried the pipework within services trenches to conceal the refrigerant pipework running from the external condenser to the building allowing for free access without pipework obstructing pathways. The heat recovery system allows for independent heating and coiling of each zone independent to the other which was critically in the surgery where heating was required in patient areas while cooling was required in rooms with a lot of equipment.
